God supplies our every need

Morning

Then God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed, it shall be food for you. And to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the sky and to every thing that moves on the earth which has life, I have given every green plant for food.” And it was so. Gen. 1:29-30 ◊ The eyes of all look to You, and You give them their food in due time. You open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing. Ps. 145:15-16 ◊ Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, when his son asks for a loaf, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, he will not give him a snake, will he? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him! In everything, therefore, treat people the same way you want them to treat you, for this is the Law and the Prophets. Mat. 7:7-12 Make sure that your character is free from the love of money, being content with what you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never desert you, nor will I ever forsake you.” Heb. 13:5 ◊ Give us this day our daily bread. Mat. 6:11

Evening

Then the Lord said to Moses, “Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you. And the people shall go out and gather a day’s portion every day, that I may test them, whether or not they will walk in My instruction.” Ex. 16:4 ◊ He commanded the clouds above and opened the doors of heaven. He rained down manna upon them to eat and gave them food from heaven. Man did eat the bread of angels, He sent them food in abundance. He caused the east wind to blow in the heavens and by His power He directed the south wind. When He rained meat upon them like the dust, even winged fowl like the sand of the seas, then He let them fall in the midst of their camp, round about their dwellings. So they ate and were well filled, and their desire He gave to them. Ps. 78:23-29 ◊ I have been young and now I am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his descendants begging bread. Ps. 37:25 ◊ Do not worry then, saying, “What will we eat?” or “What will we drink?” or “What will we wear for clothing?” For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. Mat. 6:31-32 ◊ His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. 2 Pet. 1:3
