Can’t complain
Morning
You grumbled in your tents and said, because the Lord hates us, He has brought us out of the land of Egypt to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites to destroy us. Deut. 1:27 ◊ Jesus answered and said to them, “Do not grumble among yourselves.” John 6:43 ◊ The Lord hears your grumblings which you grumble against Him. And what are we? Your grumblings are not against us but against the Lord. Ex. 16:8 ◊ The foolishness of man ruins his way, and his heart rages against the Lord. Prov. 19:3 ◊ ”Why do you contend with Me? You have all transgressed against Me,” declares the Lord. Jer. 2:29 ◊ Do not complain, brethren, against one another, so that you yourselves may not be judged; behold, the Judge is standing right at the door. James 5:9
Evening
Now the people became like those who complain of adversity in the hearing of the Lord; and when the Lord heard it, His anger was kindled. Num. 11:1 ◊ Then all the congregation lifted up their voices and cried, and the people wept that night. All the sons of Israel grumbled against Moses and Aaron; and the whole congregation said to them, “Would that we had died in the land of Egypt! Or would that we had died in this wilderness!” … The Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying, “How long shall I bear with this evil congregation who are grumbling against Me? I have heard the complaints of the sons of Israel, which they are making against Me.” Num. 14:1-2,26-27 ◊ (Do not) grumble, as some of them did, and were destroyed by the destroyer. 1 Cor. 10:10 ◊ Do all things without grumbling or disputing; so that you will prove yourselves to be blameless and innocent, children of God above reproach in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as lights in the world.
